In the afternoon of May 10, 2013, Department of Automation graduate academic report moved outdoors, and students visited the Trane air conditioning systems (China) Co., Ltd.and the Hairuien precision technology (Taicang) Co., Ltd.at Taicang, Jiangsu. Through this visit, the students were more intuitive perspective and experienced to understand the relevant expertise, as well as the relevant circumstances of the two companies.

First, Students came to the Trane air conditioning systems (China) Co., Ltd.,which is one of the world's largest heating, ventilation, air conditioning and building automation management systems suppliers provides customers with high-quality, full range of HVAC products and control system, and offers the service including integrated engineering, installation, building management, support services and spare parts. The company warmly received the visiting students. They arranged a professional announcer to introduce the basic information of the company to the students.And then, the professional technical personnel largely introduced the knowledge about the air conditioning system. The students also combined their professional knowledge and air conditioning systems and raised a lot of new problems. Then the instructors patiently did a professional explanation and answer. Subsequently, the Trane company's employees led students  a tour of the company's showroom, which displayed a variety of products, and the students  showed a  keen interest in the modernization and green products.

After visiting the Trane Company, the students immediately came to the the Hairui En precision technology (Taicang) Co., Ltd..

 As the leader of the field that turning for rotational components of the global automotive industry, Hairui En development has so far enjoyed a high reputation and market share in the field of global automotive gasoline and diesel injection systems. Hai Ruien mainly engaged in electronic control fuel injection systems, electronic control anti-lock braking system, as well as parts of the design, production and sales, and provide after-sales service. The company also expressed warm welcome to the arrival of students. Sen Ye, general manager of the company, also our alumni, first introduce the company's overall situation in detail, and then the technical staff led the students in batches into the factory. In the factory, they had a strong interest in a variety of precision manufacturing equipment, and saw the fully automatic washing machine parts, spare parts processing machine and a series of state-of-the-art manufacturing machines. Students asked questions to the technical staff and they answered patiently and carefully. After the visit,the students were very happy and the general manager of the company expressed their welcome to the students to visit again.

Through the visit of the two companies, the students achieved a deeper understanding of the professional company, also got some inspiration and reference of the future development direction. Students thought that the visit benefited them a lot and hoped to have more opportunities for first-line visit and learning, in order to combine theory with practice better.
